Yes. Your platform password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. Your credentials are used only to place the specific booking you requested.
Do I need to be online when the court opens?+
You do not need to race the booking app yourself — Padel Goose runs at the exact release time. You should stay reachable on your phone, though: many bank cards ask for a quick confirmation (app push, SMS or banking app) before the club payment can finish. Without that approval, the court may not stay reserved.
Will my bank ask me to confirm the payment?+
Often yes. UK and EU card rules frequently require a bank check (3-D Secure) when Playtomic charges your saved card. Not every payment is challenged, but you should assume you may need to approve one promptly after we win the race.
